A new house came with a basement tenant, and part two finds the skeptical new owner needing proof that the live-in arrangement is still worth keeping.
Gabriel Clark and Manuel Skye bought a house, and Shane Jackson came with it. In The Live-In Part 2, the previous owners’ very special tenant arrangement is still a sore spot for Manuel, who wants more than a handshake before he accepts that the guy in the basement is part of the closing package. Gabriel, meanwhile, is already settled in. After an awkward hip-check to the face interrupts things, Shane sets about proving why he was kept around, turning the clumsy moment into a personal demonstration of service.
